Actually, I have met a lot of people of other nationalities harbouring ill-will for English-ness on these shores, and have also been on the end of anti-white racism and anti-British comments. It *is* a problem, perhaps not as big as you (quite rightly say) the Chinese whispers make it appear, but it's there.
